Apartments have been created on 6 floors, which impress with their efficient floor plans. Each of the 2- to 4-room apartments has a balcony or terrace and the high ceilings create a spacious feeling.

Architect Sergei Tchoban's plans emphasize the diversity between the buildings. Classic elements are picked up and skilfully combined with modern structures. The result is a breathtaking façade image that allows for a pleasant correlation with the surrounding building ensemble. The materials used also refer to the neighboring building complexes and monuments such as the Twelve Apostles Church. Through the stylish interplay of clinker, concrete and plaster, the different facades create timeless and unique addresses that can also be easily integrated into a modern city.

The closed urban courtyard forms a private recreational space in the middle of the city, leaving plenty of room for leisure activities.

The Kurfuerst is located in the Tiergarten district of the trendy Mitte district. Living here means being in the heart of the city — between the prestigious department store KaDeWe and the famous Potsdamer Platz. Both are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.

The central residential area has excellent connections to public transport. The nearby underground stations Nollendorfplatz (served by the U1, U2, U3 and U4) and Kurfürstenstraße (U1 and U3) provide connections to the rest of the city, making stations such as Zoo, Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz quick can be reached.

At the same time, there are many green spaces in the area that are just as suitable for sports activities as they are for relaxing picnics. The grassy banks of the Landwehr Canal, the parkland of the famous Tiergarten — often referred to as Berlin's equivalent of Central Park in New York City — and Gleisdreieck Park, with bike paths leading into the suburbs, are less than a kilometer away.

The Kurfuerst is in the immediate vicinity of the KaDeWe department store, the Kulturforum (including the Philharmonie and the National Gallery) and Potsdamer Platz, and thus offers numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities.

The center of West Berlin with the magnificent Kurfürstendamm boulevard is also nearby, while a 10-minute subway ride takes you to Friedrichstrasse, the hotspot of former East Berlin. Several subway lines and a number of bus lines provide connections to public transport in all directions.

But you don't have to go far for cultural and leisure activities either, because there is a lot to do right on your doorstep. Only 500 meters away is the venerable Varieté "Wintergarten", which has been delighting audiences with its diverse shows and cabarets for more than a hundred years. Another venue within walking distance is the Berlin Philharmonie, where the most renowned soloists from all over the world perform. The way to the concert hall also takes you past the New National Gallery and the Old Masters Picture Gallery, all of which are part of the Kulturforum.
