The materials used also refer to the neighboring building complexes and monuments such as the Twelve Apostles Church. The central residential area has excellent connections to public transport. The nearby underground stations Nollendorfplatz (served by the U1, U2, U3 and U4) and Kurfürstenstraße (U1 and U3) provide connections to the rest of the city, making stations such as Zoo, Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz quick can be reached.

But you don't have to go far for cultural and leisure activities either, because there is a lot to do right on your doorstep. Only 500 meters away is the venerable Varieté "Wintergarten", which has been delighting audiences with its diverse shows and cabarets for more than a hundred years. Another venue within walking distance is the Berlin Philharmonie, where the most renowned soloists from all over the world perform. The way to the concert hall also takes you past the New National Gallery and the Old Masters Picture Gallery, all of which are part of the Kulturforum.
