Funding opportunities through construction as a KfW Efficiency House 55

The “Scherberg 8” project is being built as a KfW Efficiency House 55. This means that this building only requires 55% of the energy of a KfW Efficiency House 100, which already meets the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV).

The funding program serves to provide low-interest, long-term loan financing for the construction or initial purchase of KfW efficiency houses with low energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.
