PURE Weissach

Inspired by the pure and clear design language of classic modern architecture and its reduction to the essentials, a new spatial concept is created.

This concept leaves room for individual development and creates a great deal of interior freedom and flexibility.

The advantage for you is the flexible and variable floor plan design with two apartment types (Type S and Type L). The bathroom is arranged in the middle. This creates multifunctional room areas all around with the possibility of designing them with different elements.

For example, by installing room partitions that have already been taken into account in the planning. But why always walls? Room areas can also be designed and divided using floor-to-ceiling textile room dividers or furniture, so that spaces and privacy are created without losing the loft character with the high degree of interior flexibility and spaciousness.
