PANDION VERDE 2 consists of three buildings with seven houses. Each house consists of six floors and has particularly attractively designed entrance areas. PANDION service - your advantages

It's often the little things that make life complicated. Not being at home when the courier brings the long-awaited package. Or having to fetch the car from the underground car park because of two crates of drinks.

In PANDION VERDE 2 you don't have to worry about that. There will be a separate central parcel station just for the residents - and for fast, uncomplicated transport there is a latest-generation cargo bike available for everyone to borrow. Together with the sharing areas for cargo bikes and bicycle trailers, this means a lot of fresh wind for your attitude to life here in the shared apartment!

The in-house mobility concept is also worth mentioning: eleven parking spaces will become the property of the apartment owners' association. That means flexibility if additional parking space is required.

Underfloor heating ensures that the rooms in the buildings, which are built according to the energy efficiency 55 standard, are kept at a pleasant temperature.

The new e-mobility is also taken into account in PANDION VERDE 2. For a one-off payment, the Munich municipal utility company will install a charging station at your underground parking space, if you wish. You then conclude a monthly rental contract with the municipal utility, tailored to your charging needs.

Fast in all directions

A look at the map makes it clear how close PANDION VERDE 2 is to the city of Munich, how quickly you can reach the major employers in the east and north via the A99 ring road, or how quickly you can be at the airport in just half an hour.
