The location, the environment, the location

The location of the residential area at Kirchweg 62 is centrally located in the Ulzburg district of the large municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg, which is on the northern edge of the metropolis of Hamburg. Henstedt-Ulzburg is an up-and-coming, large community in southern Schleswig-Holstein with around 28,000 inhabitants.

You won't miss anything around your new home, all of life's needs are taken care of in the area. The small town character, the short distances for daily errands and activities, as well as the extensive leisure activities in sports and education, enable the creation of a new center of life in this community regardless of age.

The area has a very good quality of life. The surrounding development is predominantly residential. Where there used to be more businesses, a residential area with 2-story terraced houses and apartment buildings has emerged in the last 10 years. The new commercial area begins behind the railway arch in the northern area and leaves nothing to be desired.
