The project
By the end of 2024, 7 terraced houses will be built between mature development and an idyllic environment. The building plot is located in the Wiescheid district of Langenfeld.
The gardens face south-west and, with their large terraces, offer a pleasant environment for relaxing hours.
Since the houses are built as eligible efficiency houses 40, EUR 100,000 can be financed with a particularly low interest rate (from 0.01% effective annual interest rate). The most current conditions can be found in program 297/298 on the KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) homepage. It is a “climate-friendly new building” (KFN).
Various measures are taken to keep the operating costs for electricity and heating as low as possible. An effective air/water heat pump enables the house to be heated via underfloor heating, and the photovoltaic system supplies its own electricity. To ensure that the heat is retained in the house even in winter, excellent insulation and triple-glazed windows are installed. It even includes a central ventilation system with heat recovery, which ensures that the warm air stays in the house during automatic ventilation even at low temperatures.
By installing these technologies, you are prepared for the future and, in addition to a new home, you also receive a stable capital investment.
