Primary energy savings from a heat pump
Intelligently designed, for joyful living
The overall energetic concept of the energy-saving houses includes a perfectly designed building shell including a photovoltaic system with the option of battery storage as well as heating and hot water supply based on an air-water heat pump. This is renewable, i.e. independent of fossil fuels, so that - thanks to the future-proof system - there is no CO2 tax. Overall, as a resident of the energy-saving houses, you use ecological energy sources that make you almost energetically self-sufficient. Accordingly, cars and e-bikes naturally have their own e-connection.
The air-water heat pump heating
The houses have an air-water heat pump with central hot water supply for bathrooms and kitchens. This means you save valuable primary energy for heating and hot water and have greater comfort. In addition, the energy-saving houses are characterized by extremely insulated external walls and have a PV system on the flat roof. This generates around 3.1 KWp - which corresponds to around 3,000 kWh annually - and is used to support heating, hot water and daily electricity needs.
Tip:
As a special request, the PV system can be upgraded to 5.1 KWp and a battery storage unit with at least approx. 5.1 KWh storage can be purchased. With these additional elements you can achieve the energetic status of a KfW 40 Plus house.

Trier Filsch is well connected to the city center by public transport. Bus lines 4 and 6 from Karl-Carstens-Straße and line 3 from Kohlenstraße go to the center within half an hour.
The A64 towards Luxembourg can be reached via the Trier Sirzenich junction, where Luxembourg-Findel Airport is also located. The A 48/A1 leads to Koblenz. There are further connection options via the B 51 towards Bitburg and Cologne and on the A1 towards Frankfurt am Main.
