Local recreation and free-time fun not far from the Trave
Property description
The concept behind the new “Wohnpark am Wiesental” residential quarter is inspiring. Family- and generation-friendly houses and apartments will be created here in a modern environment. Short distances, numerous green spaces in the immediate environment and more meet the conditions for a contemporary residential environment and create a family-friendly atmosphere. The focal point is the neighbourhood square as the central meeting point for the community. A private playground will be created for these multi-family apartment buildings in the north of the building project. An internal access road, which is reached from Pinassenweg, offers ideal accessibility to any property.
The central heating energy supply for the residential area is provided in an ecologically sensible manner via a combined heat and power plant.
Thanks to energy-efficient construction according to the KfW 55 standard, your energy costs are reduced and the environment is protected. In addition, you can benefit from government grants through the KfW:
- Loan grant of up to €120,000
- Repayment subsidy of up to 15% of the loan amount
- Up to €18,000 zero repayments
A total of 74 ensemble houses and two apartment buildings will be realized here. On the ground and upper floors of the ensemble houses, depending on the type of house and construction progress, you can choose between various floor plans at no cost. An appealing list of special requests offers options for customisation. The houses are characterized by rooftop terraces and have at least 4 rooms. House sizes vary from approx. 135 m² to approx. 152 m² living space. Each residential unit has a private parking space, some have a garage.
The completion of the overall project is planned for 2022.
All of our houses are built to a high standard with high quality materials.

Lübeck - the gateway to the north
Location and environment description
The Hanseatic city of Lübeck, also known as the "City of the Seven Towers", is located in the northern German lowlands along the lower Trave, a navigable river that flows into the Baltic Sea in the county of Travemünde about 17 kilometers from the old town. The city lies nestled in the Bay of Lübeck on the Baltic Sea, in the southeast of Schleswig Holstein. Lübeck is the largest city in Schleswig-Holstein with an area of around 214 km² and belongs to the Hamburg Metropolitan Region. The medieval old town of Lübeck with numerous cultural monuments has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987.
The district of Buntekuh is located in the west of Lübeck and has developed very positively in recent years, not least due to extensive urban planning measures, becoming a sought-after place of residence. The excellent infrastructure of the surrounding area with schools, daycare and shopping facilities will be supplemented by a new daycare center on the northeastern edge of this new residential quarter. “CITTI-PARK Lübeck” completed its extensive expansion in 2017 and has since been considered one of the most modern and attractive shopping centers in the north. In addition to a fantastic shopping experience, the “CITTI-Park” also offers numerous jobs and strengthens Lübeck's economic growth.
Buntekuh's transport connections are excellent. You can reach Lübeck Central Station by car in around 10 minutes, and from there it's only 15 minutes by bus. The Baltic Sea can be reached by car in just 25 minutes, while Hamburg city center can be reached via the local connection to the A1 in just 45 minutes.
