The residential park at the castle is a senior and care property, consisting of a day care facility and 30 senior apartments. Our focus is on modern, age-appropriate residences. We would like to create a new image of diverse housing for old age. Our residents enjoy complete independence in their own four walls while also having access to services that are not currently needed but may be required in the future through in-house day care. This combination of independence and the security of a care service in the immediate vicinity offers the ideal balance for modern, age-appropriate housing.
Our apartments are designed in an age-appropriate manner to enable comfortable living and to make it easier for residents to take care of themselves. The design of the apartments and the close cooperation with the on-site operator offer the opportunity to stay in familiar surroundings for as long as possible, even if care is required.
Overlooking the beautiful Schlossplatz opposite the town hall and the kindergarten, you will find our project with 30 barrier-free residential units for assisted living and nursing care. The house is aimed at people 60+ or people with a level of care who want to shape their own life in old age. On the ground floor of the building there is a day care center and an administration unit, which can be used, for example, as an outpatient medical and nursing base. Construction started in November 2021.
The construction project creates a residential atmosphere filled with life. The advantageous location also ensures the infrastructural accessibility of local suppliers to cover daily needs and makes this property a socially well-connected center of life for older people.
The building has three floors with an additional loft and is designed as a flat roof building. An attractive garden and green outdoor lounge areas will be created between the new building and the neighboring development.
The project was developed by Adventus GmbH and is being implemented by Werner Wohnbau GmbH & Co KG from Niedereschach.
