Sustainable living in the Waides Höfe eG

On the building plots of the private housing cooperative Waides Höfe eG, four modern multi-family houses with a total of 72 residential units are being constructed.

Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, along with spacious window areas that ensure bright, light-filled living spaces. A particular emphasis was placed on energy efficiency and sustainability: the buildings are built with solid construction and meet the KfW Efficiency House 40 with QNG-PLUS standards, as well as the requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG). This is an important step in minimizing energy consumption. District heating is provided in cooperation with the local supplier RhönEnergie.

Residents have access to 39 parking spaces, including 35 in an underground garage, plus 2 car-sharing spaces. There is also ample storage space within each apartment and in the basement, plus bicycle parking. On request, cooperative members can use an e-car charging station.
