Our vision as a developer is to build three apartment buildings with condominiums, commercial space and an underground car park in a charming community in the Munich area that impresses with its perfect combination of rural idyll and urban life.

The apartment building 1 in Waechterhofstr. 2a, contains seven condominiums in three different apartment types. These are 2 to 4 room apartments with a living space of 41-96 m².
