Living on one level: these are our bungalow apartments. Actually, the term is misleading. Is this a bungalow or an apartment? However, these are not arranged next to each other but on top of each other and are called "bungalow apartments". The usual terraces are replaced by a secluded, large loggia in rooftop terrace quality with a southwest orientation. With ample living space of up to 123 m², the bungalow apartment combines the advantages of a detached house with those of an apartment.

STUDIO APARTMENT
A studio is characterized by good exposure and rooms flooded with light: it is not for nothing that we called our preferred apartments studio apartments. All lounges in the apartments face south-west. They also have a modern daylight bathroom and a bright kitchen as well as a panoramic loggia that has the quality of a roof terrace: accessible from all lounges, covered and spacious. Another outdoor room! With living areas of 54 to 65 m², every need is catered for.

STUDIO HOUSE - "HOUSE WITHIN A HOUSE"
Our studio building is designed for a "house within a house" concept. But what does that mean exactly? It combines the advantages of city living with the advantages of a house: the garden areas are particularly large, and the room layout with diverse zonings is also particularly special, tailored to the different needs of the family members: the private, almost seven metres-wide terraces and southwest orientation in combination with the adjacent large garden area is a special feature of the "house in the house" concept. There are four rooms and a gallery on two floors. This can be used as a work gallery and offers the possibility for two workstations. A guest toilet and a feel-good bathroom with daylight round off the overall concept.

Ride your bike to work in the morning and stroll around the old town a bit after work. Enjoy breakfast at the cathedral at the weekend and then do your weekly shopping in a relaxed manner - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached quickly.
