Offenburg-Windschläg | Windschläger Straße, 2nd construction phase
In the Windschläg district, only approx. 6 km from Offenburg, we are building a total of 4 terraced houses with approx. 128 m² of living space. The preparation for the installation intended for e-mobility is included.
A central feature of this project is its outstanding energy efficiency. This means maximum cost-effectiveness and exemplary environmental awareness. To further minimize the environmental impact, the houses' heat is supplied by a pellet system, a renewable biomass that is 100% renewable and does not use fossil fuels.
Each of the modern residential buildings extends over two floors and offers a well-thought-out floor plan and a friendly, light-flooded atmosphere. There is enough space for the entire family here. Windschläg is mainly characterized by agricultural areas and some residential areas. The environment is rural and offers lots of greenery and nature. The place has a calm and relaxed atmosphere and is popular with locals who want to escape the city hustle and bustle.
The place has good transport connections. The B33 federal highway runs nearby and enables quick connections to the regional road network. Offenburg city center is easily accessible by car or public transport. There are several leisure activities and sights near Windschläg. For example, Europa-Park, one of the largest theme parks in Germany, is only about 20 kilometers southwest of Offenburg. The Ortenau wine region is also not far away and offers wine lovers the opportunity to visit wineries and do wine tasting.
In Windschläg itself there are a number of shops, restaurants and smaller service providers that are available to the residents of the district. However, for more extensive shopping opportunities and other services you can drive to nearby Offenburg.
