22 compact apartments are being built across two architecturally distinct buildings, flooded with light and with high-quality outfitting features. All apartments, between 20 and 193 m², offer cleverly thought-out and individually tailored floor plans with associated underground parking spaces.

Six apartments are being built in the house on Augustenstrasse, one apartment on each floor. The sheltered rear house has two entrances and two apartments per floor.
