Our apartment building
Our new apartment building is part of a small construction project right on the edge of a field with a view of the Berger Hang nature reserve.
We are building a high-quality, small residential complex for you consisting of 10 barrier-free apartments with modern technology. Whether 2 or 4-5 rooms, 64 m² or 135 m² - there is something for everyone here.
Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, on the ground floor with a garden area. The apartments from the first to the second floor can be easily reached via an elevator and are barrier-free.
Electricity consumption, heating, mobility... our answer to energy-efficient housing in the future.
A photovoltaic system with battery storage and a CHP plant with its own power generation help to keep additional costs to a minimum. On average €75-110 per month. for heating and electricity (person-dependent consumption) are fortunately low these days. This is made possible by self-generated electricity in two forms.
A predominantly biogas-powered CHP produces electricity in winter and at night, the surplus of which is either consumed immediately or fed into the grid or stored in large battery storage systems.
The large photovoltaic system generates electricity primarily in summer and during the day, which is first consumed, then stored and only then the surplus is fed into the grid. With several wallboxes and an e-car sharing concept, you are already prepared for the mobility of the future.
Outfitting
- All apartments are tiled in a high-quality and modern manner in all rooms (alternatively parquet in the living rooms) and receive a white coat of paint on painter's fleece.
- High-quality house and apartment entrance doors are just as much a matter of course for us as triple-pane insulating glazing with turn/tilt fittings on openable windows.
- Each apartment has an intercom system with a color video monitor, bell and door opener.
- A weather-protected mailbox system is available.
- Each apartment receives a high-quality fitted kitchen worth between €11,000 and €19,000 (depending on the size of the apartment).
- Each apartment has underfloor heating, the hot water is provided via a separate and central fresh water station.
- All ground floor apartments have a frost-proof outside water connection.
- The showers have floor-level Superplan shower trays. The bathrooms have LED lighting in the ceilings.
- Each apartment has a demand-controlled exhaust system with humidity-controlled elements in the roller shutters.
- Internet and television is provided via a fast fiber optic connection plus an additional broadband communications network from Vodafone. The cabling is star-shaped; a CAT 7 cable is used as the data cable. There is also a fiber optic connection from Telekom. The apartments are provided with high-end outfitting features.
- There will be a shared photovoltaic system with at least 24 kwp and a large battery storage system with 33 kw. Additional electricity generation is also provided by a CHP plant that runs predominantly on biogas.
- Each parking space receives a wallbox with charging infrastructure.
- 3 apartments on the ground floor have a sole garden area between 40 and 119m², 2 penthouse-style maisonette apartments on the top floor have a spacious roof terrace of 25.6 m²
- The garden is already partially lined with existing hedges and will still be sown with lawn.
Location
Maintal - Bischofsheim
Maintal is located in the Rhine-Main area at an altitude of around 100 m above sea level. NN in a reed belt that extends from the east of Frankfurt between the Berger Hang and the Main plain. The Enkheimer Ried, a former moorland, is located in an oxbow lake of the Main and is now a nature reserve. The city center of Frankfurt is approx. 11 kilometers to the west, the city center of Hanau is approx. 10 kilometers east of Bischofsheim.
Bischofsheim borders the Frankfurt districts of Bergen-Enkheim and Fechenheim in the west, and Hochstadt in the east South and southeast to Dörnigheim and to the north to the community of Niederdorfelden. The Maintal West stop (formerly: Bischofsheim-Rumpenheim) is located in the south of the district on the Frankfurt Hanau railway line. From here you can take the regional trains to Frankfurt (Main), Maintal, Hanau or Aschaffenburg main station.
The motorway separates Bischofsheim from the Maintal-West industrial area. The A 66 also runs through the district and has an interchange here. The B 8 and B 40 run south of the commercial area. The other Maintal districts, Frankfurt/Fechenheim, Riederwald and Frankfurt/Bergen-Enkheim can be reached via country roads in a few minutes.

Frankfurt-Fechenheim is only 2km away and Frankfurt-Bergen Enkheim is 3km away, which is connected to the landscape protection area of Maintal-Bischofsheim.
There are 7 daycare centers and 6 schools (primary school to high school) in the nearby area. The ever-popular Hessencenter for shopping is only 4.7km away and is therefore practically within cycling distance of your front door!!
