The Villa Meeresblick in Bansin is located in the 2nd row to the beach at Bergstrasse 13. Bergstrasse is considered to be the most completely preserved ensemble of historical spa architecture in the imperial baths. The seaside resort of Bansin is one of the three well-known imperial resorts on the sunny island of Usedom. The town center lies on a narrow headland between the wide sandy beach and the Schloonsee. The central Bergstrasse is considered the best-preserved example of the typical villa-spa architecture of the imperial baths. Villa Meresblick is located in the 2nd row between the pier and the town center. From the front door it is just a few steps to the Baltic Sea beach. The villa is elevated and opposite an undeveloped plot, so there are good sea views even from the ground floor. Even if the property opposite is built, the sea view will be retained as the buildings on Bergstrasse are offset.
