The building.

Villa Ikarus stands for luxury that is second to none. Together with a few other stately villas, it soon shaped the image of one of the most expensive and finest streets in the imperial baths. The building, which is now a listed building, was built around 1890. With its natural stone facade, the round arches and bay windows and the symmetrical arrangement of windows and doors, it is a wonderful example of the Gründerzeit and local spa architecture.

The villa is currently being renovated, which will give the building a new lease of life. The living areas of the eight high-quality apartments vary between approx. 82 m2 and approx. 157 m2. Enough space for all your dreams! A large number of original details, such as hand-made railings, parquet floors and double doors, can be retained through the revitalization.

Heringsdorf is the most famous of the three imperial spas on Usedom and, with its sandy beach up to 70 meters wide over a length of 42 kilometers, offers great space to breathe deeply and plenty of opportunity for long walks. The sun shines more than 2,000 hours a year on Usedom. This makes the Baltic Sea island one of the sunniest places in Germany. 412,500 square kilometers of glittering Baltic Sea waves, the classic spa architecture worth seeing and the wild nature in the back country make the imperial baths the perfect place to relax.
