Property

The villa is being built on a spacious, approximately 1,682 m² plot on Biesterfeldweg. Due to its location in a cul-de-sac, it has only local traffic and is directly accessible from Rupertistraße. In the immediate vicinity is the popular Hirschpark with the Witthüs restaurant, as well as the center of Nienstedten with its well-known weekly market, a variety of restaurants, and well-stocked shops. Thus, everything needed for a relaxed life in one of the most beautiful Elbvororte is available. Property description

The special charm of this city villa is certainly due to the fact that one of the few remaining plots in this special location is being developed into a residential home in a quiet environment, yet in the midst of life. Combined with the charm found in historic villas or manor houses of the past, which are often missed in new builds, a special living and lifestyle space is being created here. The demanding villa architecture of the new build represents clarity and elegance and forms a bridge between past and present.
