Sustainable construction

The VERO is particularly energy efficient: Built in Efficiency House Standard 40, it mathematically requires 60% less primary energy than the reference building of the Building Energy Act (GEG 2020).

Vero creates a sustainable and permanently energy-saving living area. Initial investment costs are offset by potentially lower consumption costs in the long term.

We are currently checking the requirements for the KfW “Climate-Friendly New Building” funding program (loan no. 297). The conditions include, among other things: Low-interest loans and repayment-free start-up years. You can ask your bank or your financing expert for the exact details and requirements.
