The architects at Arad-Zareh in Berlin have therefore decided on an architectural coup: with the playful steel-clad staircase that jumps every two floors, they've set an exciting contrast to the building's environment. The bronze-colored metal plates with which the building is clad provide an elegant counterpoint to the unadorned façades in the area - and at the same time ensure an interesting play of colors. Depending on the incidence of light, the elements appear new and different, creating exciting reflective effects. The matching green of trees, bushes and rooftop planting creates a very special atmosphere. The result is a unique refuge in the middle of the metropolis.
