In the south of Nuremberg, a new district is being built on the site of the former freight station: Lichtenreuth. BAUWERKE – Love & Partners is part of this exciting urban development project. We have one of the building sites to offer and are building your new home in a prime residential area right next to the park with access to the subway: Urban Light.

The new district of Nuremberg-Lichtenreuth has been well connected to the excellent transport infrastructure of the Nuremberg metropolitan region right from the start. Anyone who lives here can choose which means of transport they would like to use to get to work or on a longer journey or trip.
The Urban Light residential complex is only 300 meters away from the Hasenbuck subway station on the U1 line. From there you can reach Nuremberg main station with its closely scheduled ICE and regional transport connections as well as the subway lines 2 and 3 in four stations and only a few minutes travel time. The district will also be accessible via three new tram stops.
The international Albrecht Dürer Airport Nuremberg is served by the U2 subway line from the main station in eight stations. By car you can reach the airport, 11 kilometers away and located north of Nuremberg, in just under half an hour.
You can reach the Südwesttangente (A73) in just a few minutes via Münchner Straße (B8). This gives you access to the A6, which is just another minute away, as well as the nearby Nuremberg-Feucht motorway junction, which takes you to the A9 Munich-Berlin. Connection in all directions.
