The Property
This new residential complex with four small commercial units is being built just a few steps from the banks of the Wertach in Augsburg. The property is a largely barrier-free solid construction. The Apartments

The Location
Oberhausen has around 25,000 inhabitants. The district in the northwest of the Bavarian city is divided into five districts, namely Links der Wertach-Süd, Links der Wertach-Nord, Oberhausen-Süd, Oberhausen-Nord and Rechts der Wertach.
During the Industrial Revolution, housing for working-class families sprang up in Oberhausen. Many businesses and companies still have their headquarters in the former working-class district of Augsburg-Oberhausen. The mechatronics sector, the manufacturing industry and retail are among the strongest sectors of the economy here. In terms of culture, there is a lot on offer in the form of theater and music stages, culture and art centers and a fairy tale tent for children around Ulmer Straße. If you like sports, you can work out in one of the fitness studios or sports clubs in the neighborhood.
Other routes are also easily mastered: The new building is well connected to local public transport. The next stop of the Augsburger Verkehrsverbund is the Augsburg Oberhausen train station, which is only a 4-minute walk away. From there, the regional train only takes 2 minutes to reach Augsburg main station and other train connections.
