In the new development area "Südlich der Adolf-Reichwein-Straße" in Rodenbach in the south of the Niederrodenbach district, two multi-family residential buildings are being built to the KfW 55 standard with a total of 30 residential units and a shared underground car park with 54 parking spaces.

  • Windows
    Plastic windows and doors with triple insulating glazing, double seal, U value according to the results of the thermal insulation certificate according to GEG (as of January 1st, 2023). The window installation is carried out according to RAL specifications.
  • Roller shutters with electric drive
    All windows on the respective ground and upper floors are equipped with roller shutter boxes, as determined by the developer. They are designed with guide rails and plastic profile roller shutters in gray and an electric drive with a blind switch. If multi-part window elements are equipped with several electric drives, each drive is controlled with a blind switch. Flat roof windows, staircase windows and windows where this is not possible for technical reasons are designed without roller shutters.
  • Heat line
    The district heating line supplies a total of six houses in three construction areas from the central heating system and is owned by the heat users and is maintained by them. The joint use is regulated in easements.
  • Underfloor heating
    The rooms on the ground floor and upper floors are heated by underfloor heating with separate heating circuits, which are each controlled with room thermostats from the switch series. The location of the underfloor heating distributors and the room thermostats is determined by the developer.
  • Sanitary amenities

  • Electromobility / load management

For this purpose, an electrical supply line including CAT 7 data cable is laid to the corresponding car parking space in the underground car park.
    In addition, the developer will install a central load management system that optimally distributes the available power to the individual charging stations depending on the current power consumption in the houses. If there is an increased demand for electric mobility, the load management system can be expanded flexibly, but always taking into account the maximum electrical connected load provided by the grid operator.
    The wallbox (wall charging station) required for charging must be purchased separately by the customer and, for technical reasons, must be compatible with the load management system.
    A wall box with an output of up to 11 kW can be operated with the supply line. The charging capacity that is actually available can vary depending on the electricity consumption in the houses and the number and occupancy of the charging stations. The Wallbox must be installed and commissioned by a specialist electrician in accordance with the applicable regulations.
