This new build project - with 77 condominiums - on the Pegnitz plains in the urban district of Muggenhof, is being built in a particularly convenient location. When it comes to quality of life, Muggenhof doesn't have to hide either: thanks to the nearby Pegnitz meadows, cyclists, joggers and walkers can quickly find themselves in the countryside. With further planned residential areas and attractive commercial offers along Fürther Straße, the west of Nuremberg is on the way to becoming one of the most popular residential areas in Nuremberg.
