In two former tobacco warehouses from the 1970s, 97 each, i.e. a total of 194 modern condominiums, are being built in Bremen's most exciting district development, either for owner-occupation or as a capital investment. The TQ Studios are characterized by their puristic aesthetics with echoes of the original industrial use. Here, solid reinforced concrete skeleton construction meets a wide range of design options: from the classic 1 to 4-room apartment or life in a multi-generational house with sizes from around 39 to 111 square meters on three floors plus underground parking, many things are possible. With photovoltaic systems and extensive greenery on the roofs, the TQ Studios have already arrived in the future. Speaking of the future: the TQ Studios are expected to be ready for occupancy from mid-2025!
