The buildings are constructed in accordance with the thermal insulation certificate of the EnEV 2016/GEG and meet the requirements of the legal conditions of the 'Renewable Energy Heat Act'. The obligatory use of regenerative energies provided for by the legislature is achieved through the use of a biomass heating plant.
In addition to the use of a modern local heating supply, the energy optimization inside the building is continued through the installation of low-temperature surface heating using underfloor heating. The use of wood as a natural raw material also creates a pleasant room climate.
