21 residential units will be built on the approximately 2,475 square meter property, spread over four houses. The underground car park offers space for 22 car parking spaces. There are also four outdoor parking spaces available.

Überlingen

The location

The former imperial city is ideally located on the northern shore of Lake Constance and, with almost 22,000 inhabitants, is now the second largest town in the Lake Constance district.

The old town, with its historic patrician houses, as well as the popular landing place on the lake promenade with its numerous cafés and restaurants, make Überlingen an attractive tourist and residential location for young and old.

Überlingen has a long tradition as a garden city. The town gardens, which is under conservation protection, was laid out as early as 1875. Impressive giant trees are still witnesses of this time. The signposted garden culture path connects the most beautiful parks and gardens in the town with each other over a length of around 4 km. In 2021, Überlingen became the scene of the State Horticultural Show. For this purpose, a riverside park of around six hectares was laid out.

Even the youngest residents of Überlingen are well looked after. Five primary and community schools, a special needs school, a junior high school and a grammar school ensure a wide range of educational opportunities.

Whether relaxing in the Bodensee-Therme or a trip to the municipal museum - even in bad weather the town, which is also known as the garden city of Lake Constance because of its numerous green spaces, has a lot to offer.

From golf to sailing: Due to its ideal location on the "Swabian Sea", Überlingen offers a wide range of activities that will certainly make every athlete's heart beat faster. The multitude of sports, cultural and leisure facilities enrich daily life.

The city center and the surrounding communities and towns can be easily reached by public transport. There is a bus stop just 200 meters from the project site. From here you can reach the train and bus station in Überlingen in just four minutes. The ferry also enables a quick and uncomplicated connection to other cities along the shore of Lake Constance.

An optimal, national connection is given by the connection to the federal motorway A81. In just under two hours' drive you can reach the state capital of Stuttgart. The national borders of Austria and Switzerland are each almost 50 kilometers away.

The nearby airports can be easily reached in a few minutes by car: Friedrichshafen (approx. 45 minutes by car), Zurich (approx. 60 minutes by car) and Stuttgart (approx. 90 minutes by car).

Überlingen is also interesting as a business location for many innovative companies. This is ensured by the traditionally business-friendly policy and the proximity to the exhibition center and Friedrichshafen Airport.

The lake in view: In the course of planning, great attention was paid to the design of the floor plans to enable a view of Lake Constance. The lines of sight are directed through the existing open spaces to the lake through the appropriate placement of the windows.

Classic meets modern – the successful combination of a classic pitched roof with a modern flat roof creates a striking visual highlight.
