The minimalist design language of Bauhaus architecture has a decidedly reserved effect and dominates the external appearance.

The interior is determined by well-thought-out floor layouts that make the most of the available space on three floors and offer plenty of space for the whole family. Be it in the spacious living, cooking and dining area on the ground floor or in the intelligently planned (bedroom) rooms on the upper floor. The spacious master bedroom not only has a separate dressing room, but also an unobstructed view of the green landscape (House 2). Two separate bathrooms for parents and children, a dressing room and a south or west balcony are just some of the amenities.

Heating is done with a state-of-the-art air-water heat pump, ideally complemented by a photovoltaic system on the roof, which, together with the battery storage, ensures a cheap energy supply. If desired, the system can also be connected to a PICEA system, which temporarily stores the unused solar energy in the form of hydrogen for the months with less sun.

The fact that the “THE II” project does not follow a short-lived trend, but was planned with longevity and value retention in mind, is evident in the details. Starting with the calm architecture - which still appears modern and contemporary even after a century of Bauhaus style - to the high-quality materials: we rely on high-quality wood and tiles to develop the linearly structured interiors. Even the steps that connect the ground floor to the upper floor are covered in wood and, together with the wooden, floor-to-ceiling stair harp, create a warm and exclusive appearance that runs like a common thread through the interior design.

Modern wood-aluminum windows allow plenty of light into the interior, but at the same time ensure optimal insulation properties.

A lot of emphasis was placed on high-quality outfitting. Of course, the houses are equipped with a KNX BUS system, which can be used to conveniently control heating, lighting and shading systems. While these features remain invisible in the background, the basement offers space for real eye-catchers: for example, a cozy leisure room and a spa area can be integrated here. The necessary space and connection options are already available and once again emphasize our high standards for your domestic comfort.

And we have come up with something special for your financial security: you will no longer pay any further construction progress installments after the shell of the building has been completed, but only after completion and when the house is handed over!
