This property on Franz-Mehring-Platz has lain fallow for many years, neglected, exposed to the weather and patiently waiting to be used again as a central residential space in the neighbourhood. The aim of this new build project is to replace the existing dilapidated structure with a new apartment building plus modern retail spaces and thus to upgrade the entire district.
A building with seven full floors is being built on three sides of the block facing Franz-Mehring-Platz, Rüdersdorfer Straße and Singerstraße.
In order not to bring excessive parking traffic into the quarter, parking spaces in an underground facility are being built for the residents below the building. Above this, on the ground floor, one of the large German commercial food retailers will be present on site along with designated customer parking spaces.

Reserved, puristic & timeless
High-quality, classic materials in warm tones stand for timeless standards and durability. Oak parquet is used in the living areas, which creates a balanced harmony with its charm. High ceilings and flowing transitions throughout the apartment ensure a generous feeling of space and freedom. The solid walls are plastered and given a light coat of paint for a relaxed residential atmosphere.
