Within walking distance of the centre of Schmargendorf are established retail shops and cafés. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Heidelberger Platz offers excellent public transport connections and lets you reach the hotspots of Berlin just as quickly as the forests of Grunewald, the Ku'damm or both Berlin airports. If you prefer to travel by car, you can reach the nearby A100 city motorway for journeys within and outside the capital via the shortest route.
