We have been working successfully with the construction company we have chosen for many years. You will conclude a separate contract for work with this company, which will also be notarized. This work contract covers the turnkey construction of your house and contains a detailed construction description that regulates all aspects of material selection and quality of workmanship in detail. You purchase the house and garage at a fixed price.

GRÜNWALD - This is still a piece of “ideal world” and it is above all a place for families. No journey is really far here and all the possibilities are practically on your doorstep on Sudetenstrasse. So if you don't own a bike yet, now is the time, because it's definitely worth exploring the surrounding area by bike:

Not only is the beautiful Grünwalder Forest literally at your feet, you can quickly reach all the shops for your daily needs or the stylish restaurants by bike or comfortably by car.
