Feldmoching is undoubtedly one of the most rural districts of Munich: above all, the town centre with its old farms and restaurants is reminiscent of Bavarian country life. With its Dreiseenplatte, the district scores with what is probably the most popular local recreation area next to the Isar. Nevertheless, you can reach the U-Bahn and S-Bahn station Feldmoching in just a few minutes on foot. From here you can reach the main station by underground in 17 minutes and Munich airport in just 25 minutes by S-Bahn trains. The Munich Olympic Park is also not far away and invites you to a variety of sporting activities.

Shops for daily errands are in the immediate vicinity and 1.5 km away – or just one subway stop – you're at the architecturally very attractive shopping centre "mira", where you can find a large selection of specialist shops, pharmacies, banks, bars and restaurants.
