In all living and common rooms, high-quality plank floorboards from the manufacturer mafi Oak Country, brushed and white oiled, including elegant, white wooden skirting boards.
INTERIOR DOORS
Interior doors as carpenter-made, flush retractable wooden doors with a smooth surface, as well as a wooden frame in white and a matching rosette handle set from the manufacturer Hoppe, model Amsterdam, including a "soft close" function with a magnetic door latch. Obermenzing
Between the castle and villas
Obermenzing was incorporated into the state capital as an independent district in 1938 and is now one of Munich's preferred residential areas: here, time-tested tradition meets solid prosperity. A large number of parking spaces and old trees shield the city from the hustle and bustle of traffic, and beautiful streets with elegant single and two-family houses characterize the cityscape.
Among other places, recreational athletes meet in the extensive Nymphenburg Palace Park, which is only a few minutes' bike ride from Schrämelstrasse. Those interested in culture will also get their money's worth: Regular concerts, readings and other events take place not only in Nymphenburg Palace, but also in the ballroom of Blutenburg Palace.
The area is also characterized by an excellent infrastructure and enables a quick and easy transfer to the A8 motorway and the A99 motorway ring, the central link to the A9 and the airport. If you prefer public transport, the S-Bahn line 2 takes you from the Obermenzing stop to Munich city centre and the main train station in around 30 minutes.
