Smart homes on the outskirts of Nuremberg
Depending on the floor plan, the apartments have two or three rooms and measure between 52 and 88 m² in size. The ground floor is shared by a total of three apartments, each of which has a private garden and a very spacious hobby cellar with underfloor heating which can optionally be connected directly to the apartment for an extra charge. The location
The Nuremberg district of Großreuth is located on the south-western outskirts and is characterized by its colourful cityscape. The southern area of the district is characterized by business life, modern buildings and a mature commercial zone. The northern part of Großreuth, in which Sommerstraße is located, is reminiscent of the village atmosphere of this former village with its many historical buildings and numerous fields.
Wallensteinstraße runs right through Großreuth and leads drivers directly to the south-west bypass, which is just under 1 km away. To the northeast it joins Rothenburger Straße and takes you to the Frankenschnellweg (A73) in less than 10 minutes.
Thanks to optimal public transport connections, bus and train users will also find perfect conditions in Großreuth. The next bus stop is less than 300 m from the front door of our new building. From the Großreuth bei Schweinau underground station, which went into operation in autumn 2020 and is only a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Nuremberg Central Station in around 10 minutes.
