THE PROPERTY
The residential complex is being built by us in the usual builder quality with 10 residential units, 4 carport parking spaces and 10 free parking spaces. The modern residential complex will be connected to the district heating network of the municipality of Hall and will also be equipped with a photovoltaic system with 9kw peak. The spec. Heating heat requirement is 27.80 kWh/m² and the overall energy efficiency factor: 0.65
THE LOCATION
It couldn't be more central and idyllic. Located south of the village center of the municipality of Mils, in the middle of fruit trees and only a few minutes' walk from all relevant infrastructure facilities, we are building our family-run residential complex in solid construction.
The infrastructure in Mils and the short distance to the state capital speak in favor of this location. The rural idyll and the constant growth of the community confirm the quality of life in this region. The apartment buyers are registered in the land register, but only own and pay for the property, whereby the expensive property price is eliminated.

The room heights of the apartments are approx. 250 cm. Due to technical requirements, it may be necessary to install suspended plasterboard ceilings, which entails a corresponding reduction in room height (e.g. in bathrooms). On the upper floor, room heights of up to 3.00m can be achieved due to the roof pitch.
