Less than a 5-minute walk from SEELEBEN is the SEELEBEN in the harbor of the Simmerding boatyard in Leoni. SEELEBEN is a historic boat that was built by the Simmerding boatyard in 1958 and sensitively restored in 2023. Committed to nature, the boat was equipped with a new Torqueedo electric motor.
Boat connoisseurs appreciate the right to a fixed berth in the harbor. Boating connoisseurs can also best estimate the time and especially financial effort required to obtain a berth on Lake Starnberg. The owner's association is entitled to the berth for the SEELEBEN.
Golf cart
The residents of SEELEBEN can get to the harbor in style with their own golf cart. The name for the golf cart was quickly found: SEELEBEN II said it all. Thanks to road approval, you can also take a small detour on the way back to the stylish and rustic Bavarian gastronomy on the lake.
Guest suite
You don't have guests every day, so it makes sense to share a guest suite. In the centrally located guest suite you can pamper your guests with the comfort of a hotel. Physical fitness should not be neglected either. Beautiful paths through the immediately adjacent garden of Berg Castle or across extensive meadows invite you to go jogging, while challenging or long cycle paths also offer the challenge of a work-out. To round things off, a gym is essential.

No wellness hotel can be imagined without the sauna, so it shouldn't be missing in SEELEBEN. The sauna finds an optimal location in the fireplace courtyard. It is well screened to ensure privacy.
