The building is planned in accordance with KfW 55 efficiency standards and offers you underfloor heating in all rooms and decentralized domestic ventilation with heat recovery. A solar system complements the energy concept.
Elevator and cellar compartments
The stairwell and elevator take you to your apartment and your cellar compartment with space for items that you don't need in your apartment.
Kitchens
The necessary connections for your kitchen appliances will be pre-installed. Our kitchen partner will be happy to plan and execute your kitchen on your behalf.
Garbage disposal
You will find the garbage disposal on the street side near the entrance to the property.
Intercom
Each apartment has a wall intercom with video display including an opening function.

Direct routes to the city center
Quiet side streets, lots of green and a cozy atmosphere - those who want to escape the hectic city will find a lovely residential area in Rosenthal.
Rosenthal is very well developed in terms of traffic. Bus lines 107 and 124 cross the district in all directions and ensure fast routes within Rosenthal. The M1 tram takes around 18 minutes to the Pankow S-Bahn station. Hackescher Markt and Friedrichstrasse can be reached in 36 and 45 minutes respectively, without having to change trains.
Train lines S1, S2, S8, S25 and S26 ensure fast and flexible connections to the centre of Berlin and the greater Berlin region.
