The S130 L|I|V|I|N|G project will be built on a sunny plot of land on the western edge of the Fasanerie. The surrounding area is characterized by single-family and semi-detached houses and some very old trees. A major special feature are the bathing lakes Feldmochinger, Fasanerie and Lerchenauer See, which offer important and popular local recreation areas with their excellent water quality. All three can be reached by bike in less than 10 minutes. This makes Fasanerie one of the particularly liveable districts of Munich. The employees of BMW, MAN or MTU appreciate the easy accessibility of their employers.
Thanks to the excellent connection to the road network and the convenient location, Munich city center as well as the motorways and all important ring roads can be easily reached in just a few minutes.
