Rellingen new build project

We are building an individual residential complex with 5 condominiums, 7 underground parking spaces and 2 outdoor parking spaces on a 710 sqm plot in a convenient, prime location in Rellingen.

The apartments will be built as KfW55 houses in solid construction with load-bearing interior and exterior walls made of reinforced concrete and sand-lime brick. The external wall cladding is made as a double-shell facing masonry with Röben Klinker Geestbrand colored white.

Heating is via a heat pump and underfloor heating with individual room controls and an additional gas heating system to cover the supply during peak times. Comfort apartment ventilation. Supply and exhaust air device with heat recovery. A photovoltaic system completes the comfort package.

The outfitting
