This new building project in Bremen's Überseestadt Nord is in the immediate vicinity of Bremen's city beach - the so-called Waller Sand - and is not only well connected to the motorway, but also has numerous amenities in the immediate vicinity.
For example, there is another daycare centre directly opposite an existing daycare centre on site, which will be built at the same time as the apartments. In addition to cafés, a post office, a kiosk and a Lotto-Toto acceptance point, which can be reached on foot in about 2-5 minutes, there are other restaurants, two cafés, shops, a dry cleaner and a tailor, as well as the supermarket at the Bremen wholesale market just a few minutes' walk away.
