The property offered here is one of a total of ten condominiums that are being built on an idyllic property in Wentorf near Hamburg. Two identical structures will be created, each with five low-barrier apartments.
The residential complexes are being built on a property with a total size of approx. 1,100 m², the apartment on offer has a special right of use for approx. 30 m² of garden space. The living area will be approx. 62.52 m² and the usable area approx. 6.67 m². Each condominium is assigned its own outdoor parking space.
The condominium will be handed over turnkey. Both painting and flooring and the construction of the outdoor area with terrace and topsoil with lawn seed are included in the price. A fitted kitchen worth €8,900 is also included in the purchase price. This can be adjusted at your own request. Deviating from the building description, the supply of heat and hot water will take place via district heating. A corresponding change in the energy certificate will take place at short notice. The energy rating will not deteriorate as a result.
Despite the stated completion date of May 2024, completion is planned for December 2023.
