In the center of Aichach, the “S 7 Quartierswohnanlage residential complex” with a total of 78 apartments and 88 underground parking spaces is being built. You can choose between two apartment types.

In Schulstraße 7 / 7 b and 9 b, three point buildings are being constructed, each offering eleven modern, classic 2- and 3-room apartments with living spaces ranging from 50 to 80 m².

In the buildings at Schulstraße 7 a / 9 and 9 a, we are building 15 senior apartments in each, featuring 2 or 3 rooms with living spaces between 50 and 85 m², managed with support from Sozialstation Aichach. Spanning the entire top floor of house 7 a is a generously sized, fully furnished communal space available to all residents. The highlight is the wraparound rooftop terrace of about 94 m², offering a wonderful panoramic view.

All apartments impress with a well-thought-out floor plan and include a terrace, balcony, or rooftop terrace. Underground and bicycle parking spaces, basement storage units, and elevators are of course provided.
