Outfitting

HEATING

The building will be equipped with an air heat pump and a photovoltaic system with 9Kw peak! The distribution takes place via underfloor heating in all living rooms. The control is carried out manually via control valves. A cold and hot water meter is installed in the apartment station in every apartment. Hot water is generated via a heat exchanger in the respective apartment station. The consumption measurement for heating is carried out using a heat meter for each apartment.

Revolving doors made of plastic with 3-pane insulating glazing and barrier-free threshold. (Except for exits to a roof terrace!) Color matched to the window color.

FLOORING

Real wood parquet in the living areas - natural oak matt sealed. A 60x60cm tile covering is installed in the bathroom, toilet, storage room or hallway. The terraces and balconies are equipped with 60x60 porcelain stoneware in a gravel bed with a joint (color beige).
