The "Ritterstrasse 21" property – or "R21" – is an extensive residential development that extends from Ritterstrasse to the Zeppelinufer. After completion, 8 residential buildings will house a total of 49 apartments. Two of these buildings are heritage-listed. In addition to four other extant buildings, two new buildings are being created. After new build construction or extensive renovation, all buildings have a unified appearance, harmonising in form and architecture.

Outfitting

"R21" is located in the old town of Teltow in Brandenburg. With its location directly on the southwestern outskirts of Berlin and east of Potsdam, the small town of Teltow, which was founded in the 13th century, is almost seamlessly connected to the metropolis on the Spree and benefits greatly from this proximity. Workplaces, cultural events, nights out and shopping in Berlin are well within reach. As with the Teltow Canal, the marina – well advanced into its construction phase – is within walking distance of the "R21". This modern boat harbour with a maritime character increases the attractiveness of this location yet again. And yes, not only the gourmets among us have known for a long time that Teltow's turnips, known and admired far beyond the borders of the Brandenburg region, are of course only grown here.
