The "Stiftlring" real estate project with its 9 terraced houses is located in a natural setting on the outskirts of Dorfen. Dorfen has an excellent infrastructure. Shops, restaurants, sports facilities, doctors & hospitals, kindergartens, schools and other facilities are located in the town area. The city bus, RVO and MVV operate in Dorfen. The DB train station with connections to Munich or Mühldorf can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. By train, the journey to Munich East takes about 30 minutes, to Mühldorf about 20 minutes. To access the Autobahn 94 in the direction of Munich or Passau, drive about 5 minutes by car. Munich Airport is approx. 35 km away. The federal road B15 leads from Landshut in the north through Dorfen to Rosenheim. The Alps and the Chiemsee can be reached in about an hour.
