The terraced houses with the resulting house numbers no. 22 and no. 26 have a living space of approx. 151.48 m². Row house no. 24 will have a living area of approx. 175.47 m². Houses no. 22 and no. 24 each have two outdoor parking spaces in front of the property. For house no. 22, an application was submitted to the city of Münster for approval of a carport. Terraced house no. 26 will have a carport and an outdoor parking space. In addition, an 11 KW cable is laid from the house (to the parking area for the later connection of a wall box or similar). A wall box is not a service component. Of course, each terraced house will have its own terrace and garden. These are erected in an optimal sun orientation, to the south. The terraces are created with concrete stone slabs in anthracite including edging.
