Quarter 4 - Wohnen am Ryck
Start of the new building project in the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald.
Four multi-story urban residential buildings with underground parking are being built on the Ryck property. The modern residential complex with condominiums is being built using conventional construction methods. Completion is scheduled for 2025.
Project
The B Plan 55 “Hafenstraße” is one of the most important inner-city projects in Greifswald in recent years. The Northern Mühlenvorstadt borders directly on the city center. Long awaited by many Greifswald residents, building construction work has begun in the new residential area. The immediate proximity to the Ryck, as well as the walking distance to the city center with its central facilities and authorities, is evidence of the ideas surrounding a new urban residential area for our Hanseatic city of Greifswald. Car traffic with its required parking spaces is largely bundled and integrated into a central parking garage. Shops for everyday necessities are of course available in the immediate vicinity.
Our "Quartier4 - Wohnen am Ryck" is located in the southern part of the entire area and borders directly on the street "An den Wurthen". Our new buildings are designed as a modern multi-storey urban residential complex with a complete underground car park under all 4 residential buildings. This individually chosen approach to creating an underground car park and the resulting opportunity to accommodate all of the residents' and owners' vehicles on site was favored by the entire planning team. A total of 53 residential units with barrier-free 2 to 5-room apartments and 60 vehicle parking spaces will be built. The modern elevator systems in every house provide a direct and quick connection between your new apartment and the adjoining rooms, around 100 bicycle parking spaces and parking spaces.
