Payment according to construction progress
As usual, you pay for your lake property in seven installments, which depend on the progress of construction.
Final payment with or without down payment
The developer takes over the interim financing for an additional charge of 3% and you only pay the full purchase price after the construction has been completed on schedule. For this we require either an advance payment of 10% of the purchase price or a binding financing confirmation from your bank.
This allows you, for example, more financial flexibility or to sell an existing property without having to rely on expensive interim financing from a bank.
