Through the use of innovative technology and selected building materials, the PURE WEST achieves the KfW efficiency house standard 55 EE and enables an efficient supply of renewable energies. A photovoltaic system in the tenant electricity model and the use of district heating contribute in particular to this. Devices for wall boxes for charging electric vehicles also pave the way for sustainable mobility.

The routes to Ludwigsburg, Leonberg and Heilbronn are also short and comfortable, the A8 Munich / Karlsruhe is only a few minutes' drive from PURE WEST.

Day care centers, elementary schools, high schools, junior high schools, special needs schools and vocational schools: all of this is available locally. In addition, Korntal-Münchingen has a music school and a library, a museum, an adult education center and several clubs with individual courses.
