Welcome to Marienhof

This small and personal new build residential development project is being constructed on the grounds of the former Pankow Equine Clinic "Marienhof".

6 modern city villas on divided plots of real estate are being built as 2-family (semi-detached) houses or spacious single-family (detached) houses. Each unit has a private garden area that allows you to enjoy your own green oasis in the middle of the Berlin metropolis.

We love individuality and would like to involve you in the planning of the project. Therefore, we're beginning to market this project early so that you have the opportunity to help shape your new home during the planning permission process.

Construction completion is planned for early 2021.

ARCHITECTURE

From the 19th century into the 21st

Projekt Marienhof is ideal for Berliners who want to combine a home in the countryside with proximity to the city. Inspired by the cubic volumes typical of Bauhaus architecture, a variety of modern housing solutions were designed for the project, each characterised by open floor plans, large windows and the capacity to adapt to the lifestyles of various residents.

External areas are designed to integrate nature with the residential buildings – a crucial aspect of the project's overall concept. It's important to us that we refrain from laying out uniform, fenced-in lawns so as not to limit your creativity.

You are free to design Zen gardens, greened private patios, fruit and vegetable beds, fountains, swimming pools, carports, children's playgrounds or even the classic English lawn. You can also choose whether you want a large communal garden with your neighbours or a private garden with a fence. Since there are no parking space regulations in Berlin, there's planned-in space for cars, but we leave it up to you whether you choose to create a carpark or a planted garden area.

If you like an architectural element or property remaining from the historic Marienhof, you are welcome to install it in your new home.

In order to give you the opportunity to adapt the project to your personal lifestyle, we offer you a lot of creative freedom when it comes to the setup of your new home.

Our team is looking forward to designing your floor plans and tailoring interior design to your individual wishes. Standard outfitting is included in the purchase price, but you remain free to choose your home's final outfitting and furnishing. Depending on the planning progress, you can also have a say in the size and position of windows as well as the placement of your front door. House type XL also offers the option of a separate, self-contained flat.
